can i cancel my order ?
you have 24 hours to contact us at contact@tattua.co to cancel your order or cancel it through your tattua account if you registered.
i put the wrong address when i placed my order, what should i do ?
please be careful when entering your shipping address, tattua will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
i have not received my order confirmation, what should I do ?
sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand and to security verification. if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here. please, check also your spam box to ensure you received the order confirmation.
how can i check the status of my order ?

how can i track my package ?
my package seems to have stopped moving.
if your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! it is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. if this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
do you offer returns ?
we do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety regulations. returns are only allowed if the product is unopened and in original condition, the return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order, or the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and reported within 48 hours with photo evidence. non-eligible returns include opened or used products, tampered packaging, change of mind after purchase, and shipping delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
do you offer exchanges ?
unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
i refused my delivery, where is my refund ?
refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.
my items arrived damaged, what should i do ?
please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page. please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
i received incorrect items in my order, what should i do ?
please visit our contact page here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number with your inquiry.
what form of payment do you accept ?
we accept online payments via visa, mastercard, american express and apple pay. if you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers. you’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page. cash on delivery may be available depending on your country.

why was i charged twice ?
you will only be charged for what you purchased. if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. however, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
how to pay with cash on delivery ?
at checkout and depending of your country of residence, you will be able to select cash on delivery. note that multiple failed delivery attempts will incur a 10$ restocking fee.
when subscriptions will be available ?
we are currently testing subscriptions with our best and loyal customers for now. you can register for interest on our subscription page here. subscription will be available to all in 2025.
how do subscriptions work ?
simply choose your desired products and delivery frequency, and we'll ensure your products are automatically replenished according to your preferences — which can be adjusted at any time. plus, subscribers get discount and free shipping on all subscription orders as well as early access to new product launches. at this time, subscriptions are only available for selected customers.
can i cancel my subscription at any time ?
yes, you can cancel at your leisure by going to the 'subscriptions' section of your account and clicking ‘edit'. then select ‘cancel' from the radio buttons and click ‘save changes.'
can i skip a delivery ?
yes, you can update your subscription preferences by visiting the 'subscriptions' section of your account and clicking ‘manage.' you can skip a delivery or select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and then clicking ‘save changes.'
can i change the delivery frequency of my subscription ?
yes, you can update your delivery preferences by visiting the ‘subscriptions' section of your Account and clicking ‘manage.' Then select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and click ‘save changes.'
can i change the product in my subscription ?
you are always welcome to add a new product to your subscription, however in order to swap a subscription product, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-purchase a new one with your desired product.
how far in advance do i need to make adjustments to my subscription ?
changes to your Subscription can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date.
can i buy a subscription as a gift ?
yes, you can set up a subscription that ships to the recipient, and you will be billed as each order is processed. you can cancel at your leisure.
do i have to set up an account to place an order ?
no, you do not have to set up an account to place an order. however, customers with account will receive rewards and gift based on their purchase, we recommend you to create an account to enjoy all tattua perks.

how do i subscribe to email or cancel my existing email subscriptions ?
you can easily subscribe to emails by visiting tattua.co and using the sign up form located in the footer at the bottom of the page. if you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "unsubscribe" link within your email.
where can i purchase tattua products ?
tattua is only available at www.tattua.co. soon, you will be able to purchase our products in-stores from our multiple retail partners and on online marketplace. beware of non-authorized reseller or counterfeit goods that can harm your health.
how often do you restock ?
restock dates vary depending on product availability. please sign up for our emails or sms text alerts to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock!
do you offer free samples or gifts ?
occasionally tattua.co will apply a gift with purchase to orders. please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts redeemed alongside a customer's orders are included while supplies last and are therefore not guaranteed. all samples, packets, stickers, and other products or merchandise are subject to change and availability. when buying a bundle, you will be eligible to gifts. some rewards can also includes free samples or gifts.
do you offer discounts or promotions ?
yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. sign up for our email and/or sms text alerts to receive news on special offers. you can also enjoy all year around offers by bundling products together, save up to 40% and unlock free gifts and rewards.
where are your products designed and manufactured ?
our designs are made in united arab emirates and our formulas are made in china, with globally sourced ingredients.
is the ink natural ?
the ink used for tattua products is 100% genipa americana fruit ink (jagua).
what does 'wudhu-friendly' mean ?
our products are designed to ensure that water pass through the tattua to the deep layers of your skin, allowing to perform ablutions (wudhu) for muslims. the jagua ink used in tattua products are water-resistant, it means that they will not fade after cleaning. however, they are not waterproof, meaning that the water goes through it.
are your products vegan ?
yes – our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin.
does tattua use parabens or sulfates ?
tattua do not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.
do you test products on animals ?
tattua do not test products on animals. all of our products are cruelty-free.
are the products safe for all skin types ?
all products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website.
what temperatures do these products need to be stored at ?
we recommend storing your products in your ... fridge. yes, a cool place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat is the best conditions to store the tattua and preserve the ink. we recommend to keep it up to 6 months for best results.

we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over 3 tattua in the world. in addition, we offer the following shipping options:
standard (5 - 7 days) - $1 flat rate
express (1 - 3 days) – $15 flat rate
from where do you ship my order ?
we ship orders from united arab emirates, our main operating country and from multiples international hub depending on the destination country.
shipping disruptions
packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
